Hospital Radio Chelmsford wants to bring as much Christmas cheer to the patients and staff in Broomfield Hospital as possible this festive season.
On Friday 12th December we got together with the Broomfield Methodist Church in the Angel Pub for carol singing. This was recorded and will be broadcast over Christmas.
On Saturday 13th December we gave a little extra Christmas cheer to the visitors of Broomfield Hospital, as we broadcast live from the Atrium and raised over £230. A huge thank you to everyone who donated.
During the day we met some truly inspirational patients and their families. Plus we were Flashmobbed's by Springers
Looking ahead, from the 22nd December we have a full schedule of special christmas programmes all the way through to 2015. Highlights include Pantomimes, Carol services, our Nightly VIP Request Show and on Christmas Day we will be live with get entertainment for everyone, as we join families and friends with those who are either working or staying in Broomfield Hospital.
